Linda is a classically trained soprano soloist who sings
Broadway hits from shows such as The Sound of Music, My
Fair Lady, The King and I, Brigadoon, and others from
that era.
Linda
has been the featured soloist for hundreds of performances
in the various locations where she has lived. “Oh,
What A Beautiful Morning,” “I Could Have Danced
All Night,” and “Summertime,” are among
her favorites to sing.
Sacred
music is also one of Linda’s passions, and she frequently
presents such classics as “The Lord’s Prayer”
and “Ave Maria” in worship services, weddings,
and funerals.
Linda
currently studies privately with acclaimed voice instructor
Kerry McCarthy. Linda also co-teaches a course entitled
“Singing for Fun” at George Mason affiliate
Osher LifeLong Learning Institute.
Linda lives in Springfield, Virginia,
part of the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
